Each session is a sacred exchange of energy between participant and practitioner. A commitment to both wholey, honestly, and intentionally show up, first and foremost, for self, and therefore, each other.
Consistency towards any true, substantial change, especially when it comes to our mind and its intricate layers, is key.

Private sessions include “perscribed” flows incorporating specific postures and breath work based on the individual’s physical, mental, emotional, and energetic states, along with practices to incorporate off the mat, in between sessions.
Classes are catered to consider the participant’s intentions and well-being ALWAYS.
As the delayering process of practice is set into motion, the modalities used may change and evolve over time.
I highly encourage open communication in between and before sessions to check in and integrate what is being brought to the surface. Personal observations of the body, mind, and emotional responses to practice is an essential part of yoga. Very often, what our mind thinks it wants is contradictory to what we need as a whole. As we work together to realign and reconnect to the parts of self put aside, whether it’s using muscles we didn’t know existed or bringing awareness to certain patterns that no longer serve, lots of foreign feelings and sensations rise to the surface, appearing in forms of physical, mental, and/or, emotional discomforts. This is a vital step to healing and growing with the process. More awareness brings more sensitivity. With more practice, we are better able to harness such sensativities for the super powers they are. As the shadows and blindspots of our psyche are brought to the light, we are given the opportunity to reevaluate their influence on our habits and behaviors. We then have the choice to throw anything no longer holding truth or serving our greatest good into the fire created with breath, encouraging space for the healthier, more conscious, states of being to flow forward.
